08:30 AM: Hotel pick-up and a scenic 1-hour drive to the Wuyishan Biodiversity Conservation Area.

Morning – Primitive Forest: Visit the Taoyuandong Scenic Area. Hike through untouched primitive forests in this UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, discovering rare specimens of plants and insects.

Nature & Wildlife: Encounter wild monkeys in Sangang. Visit the Nature Museum, Bird Garden, and Snake Garden to learn about the incredible ecological diversity of Fujian, often a highlight of our Wuyi Mountain Tours.

Organic Lunch: Enjoy a healthy organic lunch featuring local mountain ingredients.

Afternoon – Huanggangshan (Roof of East China): Drive toward the highest peak in the Wuyishan Range (2,158m). Observe the fascinating change in vegetation zones as the altitude rises. *Subject to area accessibility.
