Tianluokeng Tulou Cluster

Composed primarily of four round and one rectangular earthen house, this is one of the most magnificent Hakka castles. The village is listed as a Famous Historic Cultural Village in China.

Yuchanglou (The Leaning Building)

Built in 1308, this five-story building is famous for its tilted pillars, with some slanted at a 15-degree angle. It has remained intact for over 600 years.

Taxia Village

An exquisite village in a valley with over 20 earthen buildings. Visit the Zhang’s Clan Ancestral Hall with its forest of 20 stone flagpoles by a pond—a national-level protected relic.

Chengqilou (The King of Tulou)

Nearly 300 years old and made of four concentric circular buildings. With 400 rooms, it once housed 80 families, totaling more than 600 people in its prosperous days.

Chuxi Tulou Cluster & Jiqinglou

Features Jiqinglou, the oldest (600 years) round building in the area. It is unique for its 72 independent stairways and a rabbet structure that uses not a single nail.

Gulangyu Island & Shuzhuang Garden

Enjoy a 20-minute boat trip to Gulangyu. Walk among colonial buildings and visit Shuzhuang Garden, a seaside garden housing the world-famous Piano Museum with 80 rare old pianos.

South Putuo Temple & Island Ring Road

Visit Xiamen’s most famous Buddhist temple, followed by a scenic drive along the coast on the Island Ring Road before your transfer to the airport.
